Kapitol Group assembled together, to celebrate our achievements and mingle among friends. Once we were all gathered, the team were surprised with a keynote speaker. Former AFL coach and player, Nathan Buckley gave a vulnerable and insightful speech on his leadership experiences as a captain, coach, father and son.
Our directors, Dave and Andrew, then reflected on the first half of 2023. We have seen significant growth in the company, but we are a determined and passionate team with lots to look forward to on the horizon. From sharing our lessons learned, to implementing positive change in our Learning and Development program, the future is in our hands...literally.
