The privilege of convening the women of the Kapitol team for this year's TogetHER workshop has allowed us to create a safe and comfortable space for sharing experiences as women in the construction industry.

Looking back on the year since our last workshop, we celebrate a noteworthy increase in female employment. This progress underscores the significance of these gatherings in generating innovative ideas for attracting and retaining women in our industry. During the session, we went through the feedback and outcomes derived from the results of the WGEA survey. Engaging in a candid and open dialogue, we addressed our experiences and collectively explore avenues for improvement, firmly acknowledging that there is still considerable ground to cover in the industry.
As Kapitol expands, it becomes imperative to champion such initiatives, recognising the transformative power that lies in fostering an inclusive work environment for everyone.
