Australian HR Awards 2024

We are honoured to have been a finalist for the 'Best Graduate Development Program Award' at the Australian HR Awards 2024.

This result reflects our commitment to shaping the future leaders of construction through a program that combines hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and a strong support network. Led by our People and Culture team, with support from our Operations Manager, Construction Managers, and Project Managers, the program ensures our graduates have the best tools and methodologies at their disposal.

Our 2-year journey immerses graduates in seven key areas: safety, quality, planning & programming, site supervision, estimating, project coordination, and design. This competency matrix, paired with our focus on work-life balance and industry exposure, prepares them for a thriving career in construction.

As graduate Kai Abela puts it, “The service space on a data centre, while being a big challenge, has been so interesting and the growth and learning I have achieved in such a short time has been so awesome. In addition, the graduate program is great. I really enjoy the factory tours, site visits, and the grad retreat. Finally, the network and collaboration on these jobs; I have met so many great people and have made so many valuable connections not only internal to the team, but external with sub-contractors and consultants.”

Thank you to all who make our Graduate Program a standout in the industry, and congratulations to all the nominees.
