Recently our Co-Founder and Director David Caputo was invited to attend the Building Leaders Dialogue in Canberra, hosted by Incolink, with other industry leaders. Over two days the group met with government and other industry leaders to talk about housing, skills and diversity in the industry.
Dave said the two days provided a critically needed opportunity to engage with the government on the key issues facing one of Australia's biggest industries. "The open dialogue and commitment of the government to work with the construction industry to help solve challenges such as skills shortages and productivity was really positive to see", says Dave.
