Celebrating 5 years | Rachel Cairnes

For a company that is only 6 years old, we are excited to celebrate Rachel's 5 years with us. Now a Contracts Manager, Rachel first joined us as a Senior Contracts Administrator. She is also a leading member of Kapitol Group’s Reconciliation Action Plan committee. Her dedication to enhancing our corporate social responsibilities and benefiting local communities is truly inspiring.

"It has been a privilege to be a part of Kapitol over these part 5 years. Witnessing and being part of a team that has converted a start up from zero to a company with over 300 employees has been nothing short of an adventure, rich in both experience and learning. Arriving where our company is today has come from nothing but hard work, dedicated planning and reflective consideration. We always look at our work questioning how can we do it better and always fess up if we haven’t performed to our best. It has been an honour working with my teams. I have learnt so much and feel stronger for it.

Here’s to the next 5 years and the challenges we will face head, pushing boundaries and making our industry better for all." - Rachel.

Thank you, Rachel, for everything you bring to our team. Here’s to celebrating you and all that you have accomplished with us!
