Earlier this week, teams from across four departments came together for a two-day training retreat in the Macedon Ranges. This retreat was a valuable time to meet new faces, understand the challenges our teams are facing, and engage in open, honest conversations that drive meaningful results. It also provided our executive leadership with a rare opportunity to connect with teams they might not interact with regularly.
