Inspiring the Next Generation | Work Experience Students

Improving the construction industry for a better life means creating opportunities for the next generation to see the potential in what we do. Recently, our grads and cadets have taken on the responsibility of coordinating our work experience program with high school students, aiming to dispel myths about what construction is and isn't.

At Kapitol we believe that by engaging students from a younger age, we can ignite their passion for the construction industry and demonstrate the diverse career paths available. By experiencing first-hand the breadth of roles and the innovative technologies we employ, the students gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry, seeing that construction is far from the typical, monolithic career path it is often perceived to be.
