Recently Kapitol hosted a group of aspiring female tradies from our partner Empowered Women In Trades (EWIT) Group at our Microsoft data centre site for a Tools Skills Day.
The program serves as a catalyst for change, providing the women with hands-on experience, mentorship, and invaluable insights from industry experts.
