This National Reconciliation Week (NRW), Kapitol Group wishes to acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians on whose lands we live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to all Elders past and present.
In 2022, we have made a commitment to develop our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan, supported through Reconciliation Australia.
Our first step towards reconciliation is to develop an awareness of the strengths of indigenous culture and people, understand the impacts of colonisation and past policy for indigenous people today, and develop capacity to be more understanding and responsive to indigenous clients and colleagues.
