Kapitol’s Director Andrew Deveson presented on a panel entitled ‘Data to Development – applying real time AI in property, sharing his thoughts on the current state of tech and innovation in the property and construction industry.
“Our industry is so ripe for disruption because it’s been so disjointed that there’s so much opportunity,” Andrew said. “This time last year, we had an IT manager and this year we have a CTO (chief technology officer) with a team of 10 people.”
We were also proud to present the ‘Development of the Year – Industrial’ award to Switchyard, nominated by Mirvac.
