Why did you get into construction?
Lego. As a kid I was lucky enough to have a big old box of ‘hand-me-down’ Lego. The collection grew on every birthday and Christmas… it must have cost mum and dad an absolute fortune!
Why do you love construction?
Construction is exciting, addictively so in fact. The pace, the people, the personalities and the problems all help to make for an exciting and team orientated environment. On top of that, the tangible outcome at the end for all your hard work is extremely rewarding.
What’s something people don’t know about you?
Officially my name is John Jeremy Molan however, to this day my parents still can't agree on my name, one wanting John and the other wanting Jeremy. Somewhere along the way my older brother and sister landed on Jack and this was adopted as a begrudgingly amicable compromise. Long story short - just stick with Jack and it’ll all be ok.
