Orica House, formerly known as ICI House, is a historic building as it was the first modern skyscraper built in Australia. Standing at 84 meters tall, it was the tallest building in Australia once completed in 1958.
Key facts about the crane lifts on this site:
• Over the duration of this project, we will perform up to 6 crane lifting weekends,
• Once the crane is setup, we perform approximately 15-20 lifts per day,
• We will have lifted up to 200 tonnes by the end of this project,
• The setup and de-mobilisation of the mobile crane can take up to 4 hours.
