28 Pickett Street - Project Win

PROJECT WIN | We are pleased to announce our first project win in assisted living with Kapitol recently appointed as the builder for 28 Pickett Street, Dandenong.

The project features two, three-storey buildings accommodating apartments and a communal rooftop space. 28 Pickett Street will reflect the very best of quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), which is accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions, including the delivery of supports that cater for residents’ extreme functional impairment or high support needs.

Each apartment will meet all SDA, DDA and accessibility requirements while providing a comfortable and aesthetic living environment. Kapitol has engaged an SDA specialist, Morris Goding Access Consulting, to work alongside our project team to ensure the exacting standards this project requires are delivered.

Once complete, this project will be an outstanding addition to the built form and quality of SDA accommodation in Melbourne. Construction is commencing now with the programme of works to take approximately 10 months.
