ECI WIN | We are pleased to announce our first project with leading national integrated property investor and developer, Cbus Property, with Kapitol securing the demolition and early works package for 435 Bourke Street, Melbourne, a $1 billion commercial tower that will set a new benchmark for sustainable office development and design.
Kapitol will be responsible for the demolition of the existing structure at 423 Bourke Street, the remaining structure at 140 and 150 Queen Street, along with the construction of the new building’s basement retention system. Kapitol Group is also engaged to complete ECI works in conjunction with the project team for the new 435 Bourke St building.
Demolition works have already commenced, with the basement retention system anticipated to be completed by Q2 2023.
