PROJECT UPDATE | At our Parkhill apartments site in Melbourne's CBD, we have completed the Level 10 slab and have begun to form the Level 11 slab. We have also jumped our core shutters to Level 15, where we are currently installing reinforcement.
The install of our façade windows and frames commenced 3 weeks ago and we’re currently on Level 5. Additionally, since hitting Level 5 we have installed perimeter screens for fall protection whilst working near edges of site.
In the coming weeks we’ll be completing slab levels up to Level 14, while the core will be poured and jumped to Level 17-18. Towards the end of August we will begin the installation of the lift core (lift) as we plan to top out structure in early October.
