We’re thrilled to announce our latest commercial construction project, the redevelopment of the iconic Hotel Lindrum for diversified property developer Time & Place. Upon completion, the Lindrum redevelopment will stand as a landmark-grade commercial asset, boasting 27 new levels and over 10,000 sqm of premium office space.
Renowned architecture firm FJC Studio has meticulously crafted the new design, preserving the distinctive Romanesque Revival red brick façade. This ensures that the character and history of the building remain at the forefront. The design also includes club house-style amenities, a rear entry point offering direct access to Flinders Lane’s culinary and high-end retail precinct, and a contemporary ground floor events space behind the iconic heritage façade.
Project completion is slated for Q1 2027.
