Kapitol is thrilled to have completed the next stage of the iconic Morris Moor redevelopment in Moorabin for Up Property.
Building 4 includes the adaptive reuse of the former Phillip Morris cigarette factory into an additional 17,000 sqm of new offices, warehousing, and hospitality venues. Key highlights include new west and east entrances with feature stairs, 350 sqm of new skylights to illuminate the new glazed and feature-tiled corridors, new trademark entrance from Cochranes Road with updated landscape profile, and new mechanical and electrical services throughout, and upgrade to existing fire services.
"Kapitol's drive for excellence and its solutions based approach is what stood out for us as we continue our vision for Morris Moor," said Adam Davidson, Managing Director of Up Property.
The project was completed in December 2023.
