The project involved a major refurbishment of Mentone Grammar’s aquatic centre, with the retiling of the pool shell and replacement of the existing roof, ceilings, façade, breakout spaces, landscaping, and mechanical services.
The project presented some unique challenges. We were faced with a strict 6-month time constraint, coupled with some project variables and, being a school, an extremely high expectation of site safety for both workers and users of the nearby spaces. Despite this, the project was completed on time and on budget.

During the project, the Site Manager and Project Manager provided and outstanding service, listening and responding to our School's needs while expertly managing site safety and the progress of the works.
