This project involved converting a data hall into a teaching space, with upgrades to the façade and landscape area.

To accommodate growing teaching needs, old labs and office-spaces were repurposed into state-of-the-art simulation wards for the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.

The new clinical learning environments were designed to meet current hospital specifications to offer students a high-grade learning and teaching experience.

This project involved the replacement of non-compliant cladding to the entrance foyer of Monash University's flagship library on the Clayton Campus.

Works also comprised an upgrade to the foyer and the replacement of roof cladding.

This project involved the refurbishment and stairs upgrade to Building 18.

Kapitol Group is proud to be a trusted partner of Monash University, and has led a range of projects, transforming spaces into optimal learning environments.

The high degree of professionalism and initiative demonstrated by the Kapitol Group team made for a very enjoyable collaboration. They really went above and beyond in satisfying our client's expectations and were able to deliver an excellent built result despite the challenging site conditions and condensed project programme.
