This stunning build-to-rent development is a stone's throw from Melbourne's iconic Queen Victoria Market and features a modern tower, bookended by heritage façades.

Through a challenging construction period, Kapitol Group were able to successfully deliver the Tung (Tan Tat) project to an exceptional standard. Kapitol Group were open and transparent, and took on board feedback provided throughout the project to ensure longevity was considered in this build-to-rent asset. It was enjoyable working with the team on this project & we look forward to completing another project with Kapitol Group in the future.
